The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, accused Ukraine of “terror and killing people.” With such a statement, he tried to justify Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. He noted that supposedly every country could use military force to protect its citizens who were “being destroyed on foreign territories.” At the same time, it is possible to act preventively in advance, the ex-president of the Russian Federation and comrade of dictator Putin is sure.
