Dmitry Litovkin (died August 27, 2022) was a military correspondent, propagandist, and journalist of the Russian state information agency TARS and other publications.
On the air of Russian propaganda programs, he appeared as a “military expert” on the issue of armaments and the conduct of the so-called “special operation” in Ukraine.
In his articles, he praised the actions of the Russian occupiers who were fighting against Ukraine.
He stated that the alleged aggressor country, Russia, “will have to deal with the denazification of Ukraine for many years.”
