Tetiana Butska, deputy of the Russian State Duma from the United Russia party, published the propaganda post on Instagram in March 2022. In it, she claims that 84% of Russians allegedly trust the Russian army. The deputy justifies the criminal actions of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who carried out a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and says that it seems that NATO was preparing to attack Russia, and Putin was simply acting in anticipation.

The member of the State Duma illustrated her publication with a photo where the symbol of Russian aggression, the letter, is shaved on the man’s head. In addition, the name of the all-Russian public movement, “People’s Front “For Russia,” on the T-shirt, a coalition of public and political organisations, the leader of which is the Russian dictator Putin.
