Russian propagandist Margarita Simonyan stated that Russia is allegedly at war not with Ukraine but with the West.
She emphasized that the Russian Federation would not drop a nuclear bomb on Kyiv because “Russian shrines” are allegedly located there. According to the propagandist, this is the key factor in whether to blame Kyiv and Ukraine in general. At the same time, Simonyan threatened that the aggressor country of the Russian Federation could use nuclear weapons against one of the Western countries. For instance, drop it on the capital of Great Britain or Germany.
The propagandist announced this on the air of a Russian TV channel at the beginning of December 2022.
