Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine was created as an artificial state. At the same time, he cynically called Russia “the only possible guarantor of Ukrainian statehood, integrity and sovereignty.”
Such a propagandist thesis was one more time expressed by Putin at the plenary session of the international discussion club “Valdai” in Moscow on October 27. His video quote was published by the Russian propaganda news agency TASS.
