A Russian propaganda video that spreads a fake about the alleged external management of Ukraine by Western countries, in particular the USA. Using the example of the characters from the cartoon, the authors of the video try to show that Ukraine allegedly provoked Russia to attack, and Western countries pushed it to such provocations.
