Reading Time: 1 min

In the occupied territories of the Donetsk region, the occupation authorities replaced the Cyrillic letter “З” in the name of two cities with its Latin counterpart “Z” – a symbol of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The changes affected Khartsyzk and Zugres. Now, at the entrance to these cities, the names “KhartsyZsk” and “Zugres” are displayed.

This was reported by the mass media of the pseudo-republic “DPR” on 2 April 2022.
