On May 29, 2018, the President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, visited the National Museum «Holodomor Victims Memorial».
The leader of the Federal Republic of Germany put flowers and a lantern to the sculpture «Bitter memory of the childhood» and revised the exposition on the territory of the Memorial.
Frank-Walter Steinmeier is on an official visit to Ukraine, in which he will meet with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
We recall that the Federal Republic of Germany has not yet recognized the Holodomor as a genocide of Ukrainians at the state level.
