They declare their support for the decision of the Russian dictator Putin to attack Ukraine, and they are proud of the occupiers carrying out this decision. They also add, “if Russia had not attacked, then Ukraine would have attacked first.”
In the video, Donbas is called “originally Russian territories”, which were allegedly never Ukrainian.
