It was proposed to decorate the Russian capital, Moscow, with red stars with the letters Z and V and the words “#Мы вместе” (English: “We are together”) for the New Year 2023. They want to install appropriate decorations in different places in the Russian capital.
It is these proposals that were noted in the presentation of the municipal economy complex of the Moscow Mayor’s Office.
The corresponding photos were published on Twitter on November 25, 2022, by the officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatoly Shtefan (call sign “Stirlitz”).
