Russian Defence Minister Serhii Shoigu, during his opening speech at the meeting of the joint Collegium with Belarus in the Russian Federation, accused Ukraine of terrorism and cover-up by civilians. He stated that Ukraine allegedly “resorts to terrorist attacks, contract killings, shelling of civilians and the use of civilians as human shields.” According to his words, the countries of the West try not to notice all this and contribute to the escalation of the conflict by pumping Ukraine with weapons. The criminal S. Shoigu actively spreads Russian propaganda and myths, particularly about the Armed Forces, and is directly involved in genocide and war crimes against Ukrainians.
