On the last Sunday of every month, admission is free
Available to pensioners and students, including university students, upon presentation of a valid document confirming eligibility for the concession.

The museum offers guided tours, educational sessions and workshops for groups of up to 20 people
Access free lesson plans, teaching materials, and multimedia resources that are age-appropriate and designed to help educators teach the Holodomor history with sensitivity and historical accuracy.

Interactive tour: ‘The Hidden Place’
An interactive tour introducing the topic of the Holodomor with game-like elements. Children help 12-year-old Katrusia complete tasks, find food, and learn about Ukrainians’ lives during the Holodomor.

Family workshops
Hands-on workshops for children and families, designed to encourage discussion about memory, family history and Ukrainian traditions through craft activities: a candle of memory or a family tree. -
A tour for younger visitors
A tour for younger visitors that introduces children to the Museum and the history of the Holodomor through the stories behind the exhibits, comics, and simple explanations of complex concepts. Suitable for a first, gentle introduction to the subject.

The museum closes in the event of an alarm. The nearest shelters are the underground passageway on Slavy Square or the ‘Arsenalna’ metro station
