The Holodomor Museum participated in Binghamton University Project (USA)

The Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Preventions of Binghamton University (USA) carries out research on memorials, museums, and memorable sites around the world and the impact they have on the surrounding communities.

The project the Museum participated in provides for studying the experience of the institutions working with “difficult history”. The scholars examine the work of the museums, memorials, NGOs, and foundations connected with memory sites. The project also includes training for improving the work of the “difficult history” organizations and grants for supporting the institutions’ already functioning and new programs.

It will be recalled that in 2020 the Holodomor Museum participated in a lecture program of Indiana University (USA).
