The Holodomor Museum participates in the Memory Savers project

As part of the Memory Savers project, our chief custodian of funds, Maryna Pryn, and intern, Yeva Tantseva, went to Rivne. The second working meeting of offline Memory Savers members is held there. Within the framework of this meeting, museum workers will share their experiences, learn from other specialists, and discuss problematic aspects of heritage preservation.

The first location of this meeting was the historical reconstruction park “Ostvytsia”. Project participants got acquainted with the elements of historical reconstruction and examples of the application of experimental archaeology.

Since July of this year, the National Museum of the Holodomor-genocide has been a participant in the Memory Savers project, an initiative aimed at preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Ukraine. The Memory Savers project is implemented with the support of the EVZ Foundation.
