Ivan Velychko – saved the group from the burning armoured personnel carrier, and a mural was dedicated to him

In the city of Voronezh in the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, a mural dedicated to the Russian occupier Ivan Velichko was created. A large graffiti was painted on the wall of building No. 36 on the 20th anniversary of Oktiabria Street. It was completed on 2 May 2022.

According to the local authorities of Voronezh, Ivan Velychko was the deputy commander of the motorised rifle battalion. He allegedly evacuated the crew from the burning armoured personnel carrier with injuries and contusions and led the entire group of occupants out of the area.
