Hearing impaired people
Sign language is different from phonetic speech. Although there are gestures that correspond to letters, they are quite long and inconvenient to use, so often one gesture can denote a whole word. However, for a person without hearing impairments, knowing the sign alphabet and being able to use it for greetings and simple phrases will be a good tone.
People who use hearing aids can hear well enough, but the sounds they hear are different from those heard by people without hearing impairments.
Often hearing impaired people can do the lips reading, so when talking do not cover your mouth, do not turn away, try to articulate clearly, but of course, use a pen and a piece of paper, a smartphone for additional written notes, but do not stand against the light.

It is important to create certain rituals at the beginning and end of the lesson / excursion that will acquaint the audience with what they will experience, and mark the end of the lesson, summarizing what they saw. Repetition creates a sense of security and minimizes anxiety from strangers and circumstances.
1. Allocate a place of silence in the space where you can calm down and relax from excess information.
2. Use plain language to try to emotional and information load. If possible, distribute the information to several meetings.
