Cooperation with the editorial office of the book “Rehabilitated by History. Vinnytsia Region”

The Holodomor Museum has concluded a memorandum of cooperation with the editorial board of the book “Rehabilitated by History. Vinnytsia Region.” The document was signed by the General Director of the Museum, Lesia Hasydzhak, and the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Editorial Board for the preparation and publication of the book “Rehabilitated by History,” Valerii Latsyba.

The memorandum envisages cooperation between institutions aimed at disseminating information about the repressions committed by the communist totalitarian regime, in particular, collectivization, the Holodomor of 1932-1933, and the mass artificial famine of 1946-1947. A crucial component of this interaction will be the exchange of experience and materials between the two institutions for implementing future information projects.As part of the cooperation, it is planned to prepare for printing and publish the book “Voices of Truth and Justice. Memories and Testimonies of Eyewitnesses about the Mass Man-Made Famine of 1946-1947 in the Vinnytsia Region,” which will also include testimonies from the Holodomor Museum’s fund collection.
