Red Necklace is a movie for children. Its plot is based on the true story of a 7-year-old girl Antonina, who survived the Holodomor of 1932–1933, matured and understood the boundaries between life and death very early. The movie awakes empathy to the heroes and has an optimistic finale that inspires confidence in a better future.
