Why Holodomor is an act of genocide

The Shadows Project, jointly with the Holodomor Museum team, continues the conversation about why it is essential to understand the historical patterns of Russian imperialism. Why should we talk about the Holodomor? Because it is an example of genocide in Ukrainian history. By understanding the mechanics of the genocide organized by the Soviet regime at that time, we can realize the nature of the modern genocide of Ukrainians.
