Children in the occupied territories took part in writing propaganda dictation
Students of schools in occupied Mariupol had to participate in the “All-Russian military-patriotic dictation”, which was held on November 15, 2022, by the Russian educational and methodological centre “Avangard”.
The event turned out to be completely propagandistic, since through the text of the dictation, they tried to impose a version of history favourable to the Kremlin on the children and force them to be loyal to Russia. On the official website of the mentioned centre, it was noted that the purpose of the dictation is “to expand and deepen knowledge about the military history of Russia, about great Russian commanders and victorious battles, about the glory of Russian weapons and the prowess of the Russian warrior, as well as the education of patriotism among young people.”
