A delegation from Argentina visited the Holodomor Museum

On Sunday, October 6, a delegation from Argentina consisting of Mr Ivan Dubois, advisor to the President of Argentina, and Ms Lilia Lemoine, a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of Argentina, visited the Holodomor Museum. The guests honoured the memory of Ukrainians who died during the Holodomor and listened to a tour of the Hall of Memory.
Ms Lilia Lemoine, having Ukrainian roots thanks to her grandparents, was sincerely interested in this tragic page of Ukrainian history.After the excursion, she left a review on the impression board: “I come from Argentina. I followed in the footsteps of my ancestors Yeva and Miguel… Ukraine today is a symbol of the struggle for freedom”…
This visit aims to raise the awareness of the representatives of Argentina with the cultural, spiritual, historical and diplomatic heritage of our country.
