Petro Poroshenko called on Austria to admit Holodomor 1932-33 as genocide

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko called on the Austrian Parliament to admit Holodomor 1932-1933 in Ukraine as  genocide of the Ukrainian people.

The President said this during the meeting with the Chairman of the National Council of the Republic of Austria Wolfgang Sobotka, reports the press service of the Head of state.

“Petro Poroshenko called on the Austrian Parliament to admit Holodomor 1932-33 in Ukraine as genocide of the Ukrainian people,” said in a statement on the website of the President.
