Stefan Romaniw was posthumously awarded the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded (posthumously) Stephan Romaniw, the First Vice-President of the Ukrainian World Congress, with the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree.

“For the courage and self-sacrifice shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, a significant personal contribution to the development of various spheres of social life in the conditions of martial law, and conscientious performance of professional duty,” the decree of the head of state reads.

Stefan Romaniw passed away prematurely on June 26 of this year.
