Dictator Putin justifies the genocide of Ukrainians

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that NATO was stockpiling weapons and building fortified areas in Ukraine. For instance, if Russia had not invaded the territory of Ukraine in February 2022, then it would have been much more difficult to “demilitarize” it due to the adoption of more powerful weapons.

The head of the Kremlin said this at the plenary session of the international discussion club “Valdai” in Moscow on October 27. His video quote was published by the Russian propaganda news agency TASS.
