Using Z at a concert in Luzhniki on 18 March 2022

During the concert on 18 March 2022 in Moscow at the Luzhniki Stadium, which the Russians dedicated to their occupation of the Ukrainian Crimea, the symbols of the Russian criminal invasion of Ukraine – the letter Z – were liberally used.
It was not only added to the official name of the event (the concert was called “Za world without Nazism” (English: “For world without Nazism”), but also included in the official slogans of the concert, served on banners (“Za Russia” (English: “For Russia”), “Za president” (“For president”) and the letter Z in the colour of St. George’s ribbon was attached to chests of presenters and concert participants.
