This book is the result of eight years of local history research of the historical club “Kholodny Yar” of the comprehensive school of grades I-III of the village. Severynivka, Sumy district.
Eyewitnesses’ memories of the undeclared war against the Ukrainian people of 1932-1933, archival documents, allow not only to recreate the picture of famine in individual villages but also to imagine the scale of the national tragedy of Ukraine.
