Government Contact Center
After the imposition of martial law in Ukraine, the priority was to restart the government hotline 1545 for the rapid collection of information from the public on humanitarian issues and life-threatening situations, namely: problems with water supply, sewerage, heating; damage to infrastructure: gas pipelines, railways, utilities; needs for food, necessities, medicines, as well as social benefits, pensions, and evacuation of citizens.
Experienced specialists of the Center around the clock, seven days a week, without holidays and weekends, accept requests to the government hotline, advise citizens using the online consultation service in chats on the website of the Government Contact Center, as well as the websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Digital Development, the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”, the public organization the Open Policy Foundation (Accessible Education platform) on these and other issues.
In addition, the consultants of the Diia support service provide information assistance on using the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Action Portal) and the mobile application of the Action Portal.
Some of the “hotlines” that had operated on the basis of the Center, were promptly redesigned, and the work was ensured in a continuous mode. The following lines are in operation:
