Dmitry Kiseliov is a Russian TV presenter, journalist and propagandist, general director of the Russian state international news agency “Russia Today” (since December 9, 2013), host of the TV program “News of the Week with Dmitry Kiseliov” on the First Channel.
For many years, he has been acting as the speaker of the Kremlin. He supports and praises Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
In 2014, he claimed that Russia is the only country “capable of turning the United States into radioactive ash.”
