Lesia Hasydzhak in the discussion ‘Bread as the Code of a Nation: National Identity and Geopolitical Fight’

Lesia Hasydzhak, Director General of the Holodomor Museum, will participate in the discussion ‘Bread as a Symbol of the Nation: National Identity and Geopolitical Fight’. The event will take place on Friday, 29 May, at 2.00 pm as part of the Book Arsenal.

“Together with experts, we will discuss bread not only as a cultural symbol, but also as an instrument of imperial political pressure, a key element of Ukraine’s economic independence and a component of global food security,” the event organisers state.
