V International Scientific and Practical Conference “INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACHES IN THE STUDY OF THE HOLODOMOR-GENOCIDE”

On November 25, 2021 (at 10.00) the V International Scientific and Practical Conference “INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACHES IN THE STUDY OF THE HOLODOMOR-GENOCIDE” will begin.

The event will take place online using the Zoom program.

The conference will cover the following topics:

Interdisciplinary approaches in the research of the Holodomor-Genocide;

Causes and consequences of the Holodomor-Genocide in Ukraine;

Socio-economic, socio-political, demographic, moral, and psychological  consequences of the Holodomor-Genocide;

–  Ukrainians’ resistance to genocidal and repressive actions of the communist totalitarian regime;

– The memory of the Holodomor-Genocide in Ukraine: features of formation, scientific researches, instrumentalization in politics;

–  The convergence of research results on the Holodomor-Genocide of scientists in the field of history, political science, law, medicine, statistics, sociology, criminology, pedagogy, anthropology, historical demography, social psychology, historical geography.

The purpose of the conference is an interdisciplinary exchange of research results on the Holodomor genocide of scientists in history, political science, law, medicine, statistics, sociology, criminology, pedagogy, anthropology, historical demography, social psychology, historical geography, etc. Cooperation will contribute to the emergence of basic research of Ukrainian and Western scientists, the renewal of the conceptual and categorical apparatus, the correlation of scientists’ research practices with modern ideas about methodology and scientific methods.
