Christmas Caroling in the Museum

12 January 2017

Today our visitors have witnessed a magical performance. The folk musicians from the group “Oreli”, who work at the Ukrainian Center of National Culture ‘Ivan Gonchar’s Museum’, came to the museum. According to the Ukrainian tradition, the sound of carols in the house was a good sign. Singing antique carols, carolers called for well-being in the family for a whole year.

The Holodomor Memorial thanks colleagues for the efforts made to popularize the traditional Ukrainian culture, which was deformed as a result of the Holodomor.

In our traditions, we are a nation, as the people of Ukraine!
