Looking for specialists to create an animated film!

📽️Dear friends, we are looking for experienced experts who can produce a high-quality animated film for children!

Our partners, Cowater International, in collaboration with the Canada-Ukraine Foundation, have issued a call for proposals to create an animated film about the Holodomor. This idea is being implemented as part of the ‘Support for the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide in Ukraine’ project, which is funded by Canada’s International Development – Global Affairs Canada.

The service provider shall complete the full production cycle for a 2D animated film (visual style development, animation, sound design, editing, etc.) based on a fully completed script. The film is intended for use during online lessons, museum tours and educational events.

Film production shall be completed by 31 October 2026 at the latest. Running time: 10 minutes.

We invite applications from companies and teams with proven experience in producing 2D animation, particularly for a children’s audience, including experience working on sensitive historical topics and collaborating with museums and international organisations.
