Saint Paul in Minnesota will honour the Holodomor victims

Mayor of St. Paul town Melville Carter signed a proclamation on October 28, 2018, on the occasion of the commemoration of the victims of the Holodomor-Genocide. This was reported by the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States and a relevant document was published.
City of Saint Paul expresses sympathy and support to Ukraine, joining the commemoration of the 85th anniversary of the Holodomor.
