Andriy Dobrov is a Soviet and Russian journalist, propagandist, publicist and musician. The author of the informational and analytical propaganda programme “Good on the air” on “REN-TV”
Since 2014, he has been actively spreading propaganda about Ukraine, supporting the Putin regime in the Russian Federation.
He denied Ukraine’s right to its statehood, and repeated the rhetoric of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about the alleged “artificial creation of Ukraine.”
He stated that allegedly Russian invaders on the territory of Ukraine “help peaceful residents and bring them humanitarian goods.” At the same time, he blamed the shelling of Ukrainian cities on the Ukrainian military.
