Medvedev justifies occupation and genocide with “a war for a thousand years of history”

The deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, cynically stated that Russia “is fighting for its lands and its thousand-year history,” and it allegedly does not need foreign lands. He noted that the occupiers “are fighting against those who hate Russians, forbid the Russian language, Russian values and faith.”

Medvedev repeats propaganda narratives about “a bunch of crazy drug-addicted Nazis” who intimidated the people. At the same time, he accuses the West of interfering in the situation.

The former president of the Russian Federation, in his “conclusions”, reaches complete absurdity and believes that the genocide, murders, and rapes committed by the Russian occupiers in Ukraine are all to fulfil Russia’s mission: “to stop the supreme ruler of hell, no matter what name he uses – Satan, Lucifer or the Devil.”
