Poster with Z and the inscription “Thank you guys for saving Ukraine again”

Russian propaganda poster with the letter Z and the inscription “Thank you guys for saving Ukraine again” (Ukrainian: “Thank you, guys, for saving Ukraine again”). The poster consists of two parts and draws parallels with World War II. In this way, the aggressor country of the Russian Federation is trying to motivate its soldiers to go to war, saying that they should “continue their grandfathers’ work and fight against Nazism.” This is exactly the kind of rhetoric that the Kremlin uses as one of the foundations of its propaganda information campaign in support of the war against Ukraine.

The poster was published on Telegram on 13 March 2022.
