The publication, collected in the Zmiiv district of the Kharkiv region by students of KhNU named after V.N. Karazin eyewitnesses’ testimonies to the Holodomor of 1932–1933. The edition also contains interesting illustrative material and short biographical essays about some of the “creators” of the Holodomor, which will help the uninformed reader to better understand and realize the lessons of this greatest Ukrainian tragedy. For all who are interested in issues of Ukrainian national memory.
