The legalization of genocide execution

In 1932 – 1933 years the republican and union governing bodies adopted a number of laws that gave legitimacy to their criminal actions against the Ukrainian, robberies, arrests, imprisonment, evictions, deportations, executions. Under the pretext of grain procurements, Soviet regime organized famine in Ukraine and blocked the population in the territory covered by the famine. The crucial laws clearly expressed intention of the Soviet leadership to kill the Ukrainian nation. The blame for the death of millions Ukrainian by the Holodomor is laid on the people who signed these laws: Stalin, Molotov, Kaganovich, Kosior and others.
