A screening and discussion of the film “Holodomor. Chroniclers”
On Saturday, 9 December, the Holodomor Museum will host a special screening of the new film “Holodomor. Chroniclers” followed by a discussion of the tape with the participation of representatives of the creative team and historians.
The 4-episode documentary cycle was created by Fresh Production Group on the order of Suspilne Broadcasting for the 90s anniversary of the Holodomor.
Screenplay – by Oleksandr Zinchenko. The director – Roman Barabash.
Together with Ukrainian and foreign researchers of the Holodomor, the authors of the film seek answers to the following questions:
Why did the world remain indifferent and did not react adequately to the death of millions of people in the middle of Europe?
How did the Soviet special services mislead foreign journalists, politicians and the entire state?
We offer to view the first episode of the documentary series “Capital of Despair”.
