Online presentation of the collection of materials of the V International scientific and practical conference “Interdisciplinary approaches in the study of the Holodomor genocide”
On June 30, 2022, the online presentation of the collection of materials of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference “Interdisciplinary Approaches in Researching the Holodomor-Genocide” will take place.
The scholars from various fields researching the topic of the Holodomor genocide, in particular, the parallels between the policies of the communist totalitarian regime and Russia’s modern war aimed at exterminating Ukrainians, will attend the presentation.
The presentation starts at 12:00 on the Zoom platform with a broadcast on the Facebook page of the Holodomor Research Institute.
We invite the authors of the articles to participate and discuss, as well as everyone interested in the history of Ukraine and the topic of the Holodomor-genocide, in particular.

The collection is dedicated to the Holodomor of 1932–1933, the mass man-made famine of 1921–1923 and other manifestations of the criminal policy of the communist regime of the USSR towards Ukraine. The main focus is on the origins, implementation mechanisms and consequences of the genocide of the Ukrainian nation organized by the Bolsheviks. The colonial-repressive and genocidal policy of Moscow towards Ukraine is considered in a broad historical retrospective, its duration and consistency during 1921–2022 are shown.
The publication will be useful to educators, historians, political scholars, lawyers, public figures and anyone interested in the historical past of Ukraine.
