Improvement of Museum`s services

Dear friends, we are glad to inform you that we improved our service for visitors by setting the payment terminal. From now on you can pay for your ticket, excursion and museum souvenirs by pay card.

The museum works according to its schedule – every day from 10.00 to 18.00. On the first Monday of each month the entrance is free for everyone. The excursions offered in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English. You can order excursion by telephone number (044) 254 – 45 – 11 or by using e-form on our web site in section BOOK NOW, where you will also find more information about cost of services and benefits.

We remind you that because of the inconvenience of stairs at the entrance of our museum, for parents with baby strollers and for people with physical disabilities works museum elevator. If you need to use it, please call (044) 254 – 45 – 11.
