Russian singer Grigory Leps actively gives concerts in front of the Russian occupiers, visits wounded Russian soldiers in hospitals and regularly travels to the occupied regions of Donbas. With his words and actions, he constantly shows support for the war of the aggressor country – Russia against Ukraine.

After one of the performances for the families of the Russian occupiers, Leps said on social networks that his “profession is to give joy to people,” and that this is exactly what he does.

When Ukrainian stars began to criticize Leps’ visit to Donbas, his representative Vladimir Uriupin said that the artist was “doing his job and not paying attention to criticism.”

During his trips to Donbas, Leps met with the “leaders” of the pseudo-republics. So, on 11 May, he himself published a photo on social networks being happily met by the so-called “head of the DPR” Denys Pushylin.

Also, the Russian singer repeatedly travelled to the temporarily occupied Crimea with performances.
