Ukrainian TV presenter Snizhana Yehorova is known for her Ukrainophobic position and support for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. At first, she actively expressed her negative attitude towards the Maidan for a long time. Then she said that all these years, Ukraine was being “destroyed from the inside”.

At the end of January 2022, Yehorova publicly declared on social networks that she supported Putin, publishing along with this statement a story about the dictator of the Russian Federation, filmed by Russian propagandists. The news about Russia’s “recognition” of the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” as “independent republics” in February 2022 was greeted with joy by the TV presenter.

Immediately after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine had started, Yehorova declared that this would be “the end of the fascist regime in Ukraine.” In social networks, she actively reposted messages from Russian pages, where they told which cities and objects the Russian occupiers had already managed to capture. She also continued to spread the Kremlin’s rhetoric, allegedly “one must fight for peace by all means”, and justified the invasion of the Russian Federation by the situation in Donbas.

In March 2022, a publication with an alleged apology and awareness of her mistakes appeared on Yehorova’s Telegram page. However, as the TV presenter later stated on other social networks, her Telegram page had been simply hacked, and she did not write the corresponding post.

Currently, Yehorova, living with her children in Antalya, Turkey, continues to actively spread theses of Kremlin propaganda. She runs her YouTube channel, on which, in the spirit of the propaganda of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, she talks about the “partition of Ukraine by the West”, “mass executions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, “Zelenskyy’s war”, “Kyiv terror” and other fakes, constantly spread by the Russian propaganda machine .
